Tile orders and orders over 20kg incur a flat rate starting at $70. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.

We offer returns for change of mind on all products. All tapware and hardware can be returned within 60 days of delivery. Tiles and tile accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, each product must be unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging.
Return shipping to TileCloud’s Sydney warehouse in Rosebery, NSW 2018 is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. Alternatively you can drop your return off at our warehouse.

Your basins are covered by our warranty on top of your Australian Consumer Law rights. The warranty runs from the day your order is delivered.

This is a parts warranty — it covers the product itself, not trade costs, removal or reinstallation.
Not covered
Excludes issues caused by unqualified or unlicensed installation, incorrect or non-compliant installation, harsh cleaning products, normal wear or fading, accidents or misuse, and unauthorised repairs, modifications or non-genuine parts.

Making a claim
Contact us within 30 days of finding the fault. Have your proof of purchase, the product name/SKU, and photos of the issue ready. If the product hasn't been installed yet, don't install it — fill out our claims form.
