Our samples allow you to see and touch the tiles in person, giving you the confidence to make the right choice for your home. For just $15, you can choose 5 tile samples, delivered straight to you in our convenient tile box. Each sample is a physical swatch of the tile, so you can see the colour, design, and texture up close and in person. Place your tile samples in the room you’re renovating to see how they will look in the space. If you’re planning a bathroom renovation, for example, you can place your tile samples alongside your vanity, fixtures, and paint swatches to see how they all work together. At TileCloud, we also carry a great range of tapware. Order our tapware samples for just $5 each, and choose the perfect match for your bathroom or kitchen. Our tile samples are 100mm x 100mm squares. We've made sure that every tile page has a photo that shows you the sample size compared to the full-size tile. This way, you can get a better sense of what the tile will look like when you receive your sample.
While we strive to make sure our tile samples are as accurate as possible, there may be some variation between the sample and the final product. This could include differences in colour, shade, texture, and pattern, especially between different production runs. However, any variation will still be within our manufacturing standards. If you have any more questions about our tile samples or products, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.
Once you place a full order, you can redeem the cost of the samples. However, please note that only $15 is redeemable, even if the sampler order is over $15. Our offer for free tile samples Australia-wide with a full order is limited to one redemption per customer and must be claimed within 6 months of the initial sample order date.
If you've ordered a tile sample and are looking to redeem the $15 refund, it's super simple. You'll receive a refund code via email, which will be sent to the same address you entered at checkout. To claim your refund, simply quote the sample refund code in the coupon section at checkout when making your online purchase. This will take $15 off your total cost.
