Ordering a tile sample is super easy. Just select the tile you want, and instead of clicking ‘Add to cart’, click ‘Get a sample’. This will add the tile sample to your cart, and you can proceed to checkout as usual. It’s that simple!
Our tile samples are 100mm x 100mm squares. We've made sure that every tile page has a photo that shows you the sample size compared to the full-size tile. This way, you can get a better sense of what the tile will look like when you receive your sample.
While we strive to make sure our tile samples are as accurate as possible, there may be some variation between the sample and the final product. Yes, during the Sample Pack Sale our tile samples (and our tapware samples) are redeemable. Once you place a full order, you can redeem the cost of the samples. However, please note that only $5 is redeemable, even if the sampler order is over $5. Our offer for free tile samples Australia-wide with a full order is limited to one redemption per customer and must be claimed within 6 months of the initial sample order date.

Absolutely! We offer tapware samples that can be delivered alongside your tile samples or on their own. Each tapware sample is priced at $5, while our tile samples are priced at $3 each. Our tapware samples discs are available in chrome, antique brass, matte black, warm brushed nickel and brushed brass materials. This allows you to see and feel the colour, quality and finish of our tapware before making a purchase.
