In Episode 2 of Erin's Urban Farmhouse, the incredibly talented trio has taken us through the next section of the project: the front entryway, mudroom, staircase, powder room, study, and ensuite. The renovation has completely transformed House 16 into a stunning masterpiece.
Front Entryway
The first impression sets the tone for the entire home, and Three Birds Renovations has nailed it with the front entryway of Erin's Urban Farmhouse. They opened the space by adding a gabled roof giving the revamped entry a welcoming atmosphere that captivates from the moment you step through the door.
Powder Room
Three Birds Renovations have curated a space that exudes elegance. The carefully chosen fixtures, colour palette, and design elements come together harmoniously, creating a powder room that is both functional and visually striking. In particular, their choice of checkered Dunmore Cream Stone Look Square Tiles and Dunmore Grey Stone Look Square Tiles makes this space standout.
The small square checkerboard pattern on the floor creates a visually appealing and dynamic look. This pattern also helps to make the space feel larger.
Pairing this with the beautiful warm-toned stone look tiles for the walls adds texture and depth, creating a visually interesting backdrop. The warm tones make the space feel cosy and welcoming for guests.
Study and Ensuite
Erin's Urban Farmhouse Episode 2 unveils a thoughtfully designed study that combines productivity with comfort. Three Birds Renovations has expertly curated a space that encourages focus and creativity, making it the perfect retreat for work or leisure.
The ensuite is a sanctuary of relaxation and luxury with a spa-like atmosphere, with premium finishes, contemporary design, and a layout that maximises both space and comfort.
Opting for small square tiles on the feature wall in the ensuite bathroom is a clever design choice. The small size detailing makes the feature wall pop. The stone look finish feels organic and homely, giving the bathroom a luxe feel without going overboard.
Plus, these tiles are not just easy on the eyes – they're practical too. Durable and low-maintenance, they're the perfect combo of style and substance.
