Electric Underfloor Heating is a system by which a series of electric heating cables are run below the floor finish. The entire floor then becomes a heater with the heat gently radiating up from the floor into the room. Hot air naturally rises, therefore heating from the floor is the most efficient and effective form of heating and it gently, evenly and silently warms any room creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment.
Shipping costs and timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your post code. Our flat rate shipping starts from $70 and delivery timeframes range from 5-14 working days. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please raise a claim within 2 business days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out for you!
All ThermoGroup products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund (excluding
shipping fees). Returns will not be accepted outside of the 30-day period.
• Return shipping to TileCloud’s Warehouse is to be arranged and paid for by the customer.
• To be eligible for a return you must be a full paying customer. If you did not purchase the
product, you are not eligible for a refund. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
• Goods must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged and in a saleable condition.
• Returns will not be accepted if product has been installed or used

Absolutely love this tile. It looks so soft and delicate. Very easy to lay and grout. The ease of ordering from Tile Cloud was fantastic. Will definitely order again!
These tiles are exactly what we were looking for - we needed a warm white tile (not cool white) to suit our kitchen and laundry; these are perfect. The shipping time was outstanding! We were expecting approx. two weeks to be delivered and they arrived in only 5 days! Very happy.
Beautiful tile. Order was prompt and well packaged. All tiles intact on arrival. Love, love, love this tile! The tile colour changes throughout the day as the sunlight shifts from morning to sunset. I love the colour variation depending on the time of day. Sometimes tiles seem more blue in colour and other times more green/blue. It reminds me of the waves of the sea with all the variations in the colours.
