How long does it take to dispatch my order?

With Black Friday demand, dispatch may take 4-5 days to ensure all orders are processed smoothly.

How do I care for my tapware & hardware products?

Products should be cleaned regularly with a soft sponge or micro fibre cloth using a mild soapy detergent such as dishwashing liquid mixed with water. Do not use acidic cleaners, cream cleaners, bleaches, scouring scrubbers, steel wool or other abrasive cleaning supplies to clean your yabby products. Damage caused by improper care will not be covered by warranty.

Can your products be used outdoors?

Our tapware range is designed for internal use only and not warranted for outdoor use.

What height should my vanity be installed at in my bathroom?

Although it’s not a hard and fast rule, we suggest vanity height is between 900 & 950mm from the finished floor height to the top of whatever basin you have chosen. From the finished floor height, we suggest the middle of the tap ware should be 1050mm.
