Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order. For tapware orders under 20kg, standard rates range from $4.95 to $19.95, with express options available from $11.95 to $26.95. Tile orders and orders over 20kg incur a flat rate starting at $70. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.

We offer returns for change of mind on all products. All tapware and hardware can be returned within 60 days of delivery. Tiles and tile accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, each product must be unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging.
Return shipping to TileCloud’s Sydney warehouse in Rosebery, NSW 2018 is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. Alternatively you can drop your return off at our warehouse.
