Shipping costs and timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your post code. Our flat rate shipping starts from $70 and delivery timeframes range from 5-14 working days. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please raise a claim within 2 business days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out for you!
TileCloud uses a real-time ordering system to commence orders immediately on confirmation. Please choose carefully as refunds cannot be given after an order has been placed for change of mind. To assist customers in the decision-making process, we encourage you to utilise our 5 samples for $15 service so you know exactly what you are getting prior to placing your order. Exchanges for change of mind must be initiated within 30 days of receipt (provided that items have not been fixed to a surface). Return shipping to TileCloud’s Sydney warehouse in Rosebery, NSW 2018 is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. There is a 25% re stocking fee on any exchange.

Batching info
Size – Tiles are displayed as their ‘nominal size’ for simplicity. Eg 300x600mm. The actual tile size may vary slightly from this depending on manufacturer. Eg 297x601mm. Please factor in actual size when figuring out if different tile grout joints or patterns will line up.
Batching – The colour, shade, size and texture of tiles can vary from batch to batch. If you are placing an additional order to match with existing tiles, please contact sales@tilecloud.com.au to make sure the batch is the same.
Samples – Final products may exhibit variation from sample. Variation in colour, shade, texture and pattern between production runs may occur but will be within manufacturing standards.

Yes, if you're located in NSW you can select click and collect in the cart and pick up from our Sydney warehouse. The warehouse is open for pick ups from 9am till 4:45pm Monday - Friday & 9am till 3:45pm Saturday.

Your tiles will be delivered to the kerbside of the address you provide at checkout using a tail-lift truck or via forklift. Your order will be securely strapped, carefully wrapped to protect it from the elements.

Beautiful tile. Order was prompt and well packaged. All tiles intact on arrival. Love, love, love this tile! The tile colour changes throughout the day as the sunlight shifts from morning to sunset. I love the colour variation depending on the time of day. Sometimes tiles seem more blue in colour and other times more green/blue. It reminds me of the waves of the sea with all the variations in the colours.

Fantastic feature to any new bathroom for a reasonable price. They are hand made, so spacing evenly is out of the question. Has to be done by eye as each tile is slightly smaller or larger than the next.
But over all a lovely tile

I ordered 3m2 of these tiles for a kitchen splashback. They arrived quickly, a few days before the expected delivery date, which is always nice. The quality and consistency of the tiles was great; there's a lovely ripple in the surface and they are very high gloss, so easy to clean during laying and now during use. I'm no professional, so they were a little more challenging than rectangles to lay, but not over the top by any means.
