How long does it take for my samples to arrive?
Your samples will take between 5-7 business days to arrive (depending on where in Australia you are located).
How long does it take for my full order to arrive?
It will take up to 12 business days for you receive your order from the order day.
Do you offer click and collect?
Yes, if you're located in NSW you can select click and collect in the cart and pick up from our Sydney warehouse. The warehouse is open for pick ups from 9am till 4:45pm Monday - Friday & 9am till 3:45pm Saturday.
How do I know if a product is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, it will show a red pre-order notice with an estimated restock time on the page.
How will my tiles be delivered?
Your tiles will be delivered to the kerbside of the address you provide at checkout using a tail-lift truck or via forklift. Your order will be securely strapped, carefully wrapped to protect it from the elements.

Beautiful tile. Order was prompt and well packaged. All tiles intact on arrival. Love, love, love this tile! The tile colour changes throughout the day as the sunlight shifts from morning to sunset. I love the colour variation depending on the time of day. Sometimes tiles seem more blue in colour and other times more green/blue. It reminds me of the waves of the sea with all the variations in the colours.
