All tiles can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping to TileCloud’s Sydney warehouse in Rosebery, NSW 2018 is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. There is a 25% re stocking fee on any exchange.

Using Tile Cloud was ‘easy leash’. I was able to research and find the two different tiles I needed. Ordering via the tile cloud website was simple. The video’s showing what happens next and delivery process was very helpful. Delivery was prompt and straight forward. The tiles are fabulous and look wonderful!
