Exchanges for change of mind must be initiated within 30 days of receipt (provided that items have not been fixed to a surface). Return shipping to TileCloud’s Sydney warehouse in Rosebery, NSW 2018 is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. There is a 25% re stocking fee on any exchange.
