We offer returns for change of mind on all products. All tapware can be returned within 60 days of delivery. Return shipping to TileCloud’s Sydney warehouse in Rosebery, NSW 2018 is to be arranged and paid for by the customer.

All toilet products are guaranteed as follows:
15 year warranty for main body
7 year warranty on flush button main body
5 year warranty on surface finish
3 year warranty for seat and cistern fittings
- Installation and maintenance must be performed by a suitably qualified trades person.
- Defects or damage caused by misuse, product abuse or error in installation are not covered by this warranty.
- Warranty is for parts only – excludes removal or installation of replacement parts.
- Warranty excludes consequential loss caused by defects in the product or its components.
