We offer a flat rate regardless of order size, pricing starts from $70 and varies depending on the state you live in. Please refer to our help centre for a full breakdown of prices and est. delivery times. TileCloud doesn't currently offer an express shipping option. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, TileCloud will replace the affected items. Please document any damage or issues with photos (ideally still in original packaging) to help identify the cause so we can continue to make our service better in the future.
Together with our real-time ordering system, TileCloud commences orders immediately on confirmation. Please choose carefully as refunds cannot be given after an order has been placed for change of mind. To assist customers in the decision making process, we encourage you to utilize our 5 samples for $15 service so you know exactly what you are getting prior to placing your order. All items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping to TileCloud’s Sydney warehouse in Rosebery, NSW 2018 is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. There is a 25% re stocking fee on any exchange.
Customers can purchase 5 tile samples for $15. This $15 is redeemable upon purchase. Customers can also purchase tapware colour samples. Each tapware colour sample is $5. Customers can purchase a combination of tile and tapware samples within 1x transaction (Up to 5 at a time) If your sample order exceeds $15, only $15 is redeemable upon full order purchase.

Loved these tiles so much. I used them as a feature in my bathroom renovation. They looked so good I then decided to put a feature row of them in my kitchen as well - I wasn't even planning on tiling the kitchen!
