TileCloud gift cards are subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from date of purchase.
2. Gift cards can be redeemed against all products on www.tilecloud.com.au
4. Gift cards are non-transferable. Proof of identity required upon use.
5. Gift cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
6. If your order total is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will be available to redeem against subsequent orders.
7. All remaining balances exceeding the value of your gift credit or store credit must be paid via an alternate payment method.
8. All returned items which were paid for using a Gift card, are redeemable for store credit only.
9. Gift cards will be sent to the email provided once the full order and payment has been processed.
10. TileCloud is not liable for delivery of a gift card or credit note to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
11. TileCloud is not responsible if a gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
12. TileCloud reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if we deem such action necessary.
Sales tax and shipping is applicable on any products purchased with an TileCloud Gift Card
Shipping currently takes between 5-14 working days. The shipping cost is based on your postcode and is calculated during checkout. We offer a flat rate regardless of order size, pricing starts from $70 and varies depending on the state you live in. Please refer to our help centre for a full breakdown of prices and est. delivery times. TileCloud doesn't currently offer an express shipping option.
Together with our real-time ordering system, TileCloud commences orders immediately on confirmation. Please choose carefully as refunds cannot be given after an order has been placed for change of mind. To assist customers in the decision making process, we encourage you to utilize our 5 samples for $15 service so you know exactly what you are getting prior to placing your order. All tiles can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping to TileCloud’s Sydney warehouse in Rosebery, NSW 2018 is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. There is a 25% re stocking fee on any exchange.
