Our initial appointment runs for up to 45 minutes. This gives us plenty of time to establish where you are at with your project and how we can best help. We will follow up the session with all the information you need to get your project started, including some looks that pull together what has been discussed. We can even help measure your plans if needed!
To make the most of your appointment, we like to get some background on your project, inspiration images you have collected, floor plans etc. Once you book, we will send an email requesting the various information to submit in advance that will help you get the most out of your appointment.
We charge a design consult booking fee of $50 which is fully refunded on purchase following the consult. The refund is valid for up to one year.
Why charge? We value your time and ours - the deposit acts like an agreement between us that you have our undivided attention to assist your design needs at your scheduled time.
If you need to cancel, no worries, we understand things come up. All we ask is that you give us 24 hours notice and we can refund your consult booking fee.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, the fee is not refunded. This covers us for not being able to re-fill the appointment with such short notice. The consult booking fee is taken at the time you make your appointment.
Bookings can be rescheduled through our booking system with more than 24hrs notice free of charge.
