What dates will the sale be live?

Our sale will be live from 9am (AEDT) Monday 13th November - Friday 24th November 11:59pm (AEDT)

What products are included in the sale?

The entire Yabby Tapware & Hardware range will be on sale during the Black Friday sale period. Simply add the discount code at checkout to receive the discount. Please note; Tiles, vanities, basins, mirrors, shaving cabinets, grout & silicone are not included in the sale.

Where will I find the black Friday discount code?

The code will be posted in the announcement bar at the top of our website and we'll also share on instagram.

How do I apply the discount to my order?

To apply your 20% discount enter the code 'TAPWARE20' at the checkout. Discounts cannot be applied after purchase.

Can the discount be applied after i've placed my order?

Unfortunately not, to redeem the discount off your tapware you'll need to apply the code at checkout

Will the sale be on in-store?

Absolutely! Please note our store only holds limited stock so jump in quick so you don’t miss out!

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Great question! With the increased amount of orders we are expecting we could experience slight delays of a few days in dispatching orders. Please note: If your order includes a pre-order item, there will be an additional delay in fulfilling your order. Rest assured, once the pre-order item arrives, we will promptly pack and dispatch your items.

How do I prepare for the black Friday sale?

Book in for a 30 minute tapware selections appointment. In your appointment we'll help you select the perfect tapware. At the end of the appointment,you’ll know exactly which items you need and how much everything costs - all in a neat little quote. Book here.

My order includes pre-order items. Can you split into two deliveries?

Unfortunately not, due to system limitations we’re unable process single orders in separate deliveries. Not to worry, you can place two separate orders: one for pre-order items and another for in-stock items. We’ll ship the in-stock order, and when the pre-order items are available, we will promptly pack and dispatch your items.

If I make a mistake on my order after I place it can I make a change?

Unfortunately not. We use a real-time ordering system to get things moving as soon as you confirm payment. To make sure you get your order ASAP. Not to worry though, place a second order for the tapware you'd like and return what you don’t for a full refund (excluding shipping fees). Please refer to our Returns & exchanges Policy for additional details. To process a tapware return please reach out to sales@tilecloud.com.au.
