Shipping currently takes between 5-14 working days. The shipping cost is based on your postcode and is calculated during checkout. We offer a flat rate regardless of order size, pricing starts from $70 and varies depending on the state you live in. Please refer to our help centre for a full breakdown of prices and est. delivery times. TileCloud doesn't currently offer an express shipping option. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, TileCloud will replace the affected tiles. Please document any damage or issues with photos (ideally still in original packaging) to help identify the cause so we can continue to make our service better in the future.
Together with our real-time ordering system, TileCloud commences orders immediately on confirmation. Please choose carefully as refunds cannot be given after an order has been placed for change of mind. To assist customers in the decision making process, we encourage you to utilize our 5 samples for $15 service so you know exactly what you are getting prior to placing your order. All tiles can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping to TileCloud’s Sydney warehouse in Rosebery, NSW 2018 is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. There is a 25% re stocking fee on any exchange.

I was worried about purchasing on line but my sample came within a few days and alleviated my fears. I was able to order a full sample of the tile i was interested in instead of several small samples so i could see the whole pattern. Excellent service, fast reply to emails and easy to communicate. The tile was perfect and fantastic quality.
We decided to build an outdoor kitchen where we know we would spend a lot of time. We wanted something different so as my hubby was building and we were coming up with different ideas as the kitchen progressed. By far the best idea was to use the Austinmer tiles as a feature. The tiles have certainly completed the look. We are so happy, they are just the perfect tile.
