What is TileCloud TRADE?

TileCloud TRADE is our TRADE program made for building industry professionals. It comes with a range of perks that make your experience smoother and more rewarding.

How do I join TRADE?

To join, please reach out to us at trade@tilecloud.com.au.

Can I join in-store?

Yes, you can join in-store at our Sydney Showroom (34 Rosebery Avenue, Rosebery NSW 2018) In-store applications follow the standard joining procedure and may take up to 24 hours for the Trade Team to process.

Important note: Trade perks kick in once you've been approved, not once you apply.

I’ve submitted my application. How long will it take it to be processed?

We try to process all applications within 24 hours.

If we need any further info, we'll reach out to the email provided.

What if I have an urgent order while my application is being processed?

Reach out to trade@tilecloud.com.au and we'll look after you.

What is the TRADE discount?

Who qualifies for an account?

TileCloud TRADE is designed exclusively for trade businesses and professionals directly involved in tiling, plumbing, building, and design projects. Eligible trades include builders, developers, architects, tilers, bathroom renovators, plumbers, and interior designers.Please note that interior stylists, owner builders and international trade businesses are not eligible to join at this time.

Do you offer payment terms?

At this stage, we do not offer payment terms or trade finance. Full payment is required before we allocate stock and dispatch orders.  We will keep you posted if there are any changes to this policy.
