Shipping currently takes between 5-14 working days. The shipping cost is based on your postcode and is calculated during checkout. We offer a flat rate regardless of order size, pricing starts from $70 and varies depending on the state you live in. Please refer to our help centre for a full breakdown of prices and est. delivery times. TileCloud doesn't currently offer an express shipping option.
Together with our real-time ordering system, TileCloud commences orders immediately on confirmation. Please choose carefully as refunds cannot be given after an order has been placed for change of mind. To assist customers in the decision making process, we encourage you to utilize our 5 samples for $15 service so you know exactly what you are getting prior to placing your order. All tiles can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping to TileCloud’s Sydney warehouse in Rosebery, NSW 2018 is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. There is a 25% re stocking fee on any exchange.

I bought small white gloss tiles for my kitchen Reno. With dark grey grouting they look sensational. Very happy with the speed of delivery and the packaging, not one tile was broken. I went over my tile budget buying them but I’m 100% happy with the whole experience.

Opening the box of these tiles, I was so thrilled to pull them out and see they were exactly what we'd imagined. Each one is slightly different, but all still the beautiful light blue colour we'd fallen in love with online. They're glossy and reflect the light nicely, and our tiler had no issues installing them.

I had a great experience with tile cloud. I originally got the wrong colour tiles but they were very quick to correct this error, and accomodating for my needs and timeframes. The tiles are of great quality and look fantastic.
